Someone referred me to this place because i had a very bad knee pain which multiple other doctors i visited, told me have to have an open surgery but Dr.James told me can do PRP which is much easier and safer. I thought it worth trying it. After almost 2 years, i still have no pain and i got back to normal life. Recently, I began seeing Dr. Parish Vaidya for chronic low back and sciatica pain that I have suffered from for over 10 years. During that time, I had two unsuccessful steroid epidurals from other MDs that did not relieve any pain at all. When I first met Dr. Vaidya, my husband and I were immediately comfortable with him. We were impressed with how personable he is, how smart and how wise. He spent time with us answering all of our questions. And, most wonderful of all, was the resounding success of the steroid epidural he recently performed – the result, chronic back and leg pain 100% gone! Dr Polsunas is an excellent care provider. His bedside manner and surgical techniques are efficient and painless (first time I've ever not needed sedation and just local anesthetic...two injections and he was done in under a minute). If you have anxiety about injections or in office procedures, he works with you to put you at ease and take away most of the anxiety or reservations people have about that sort of thing.Evan M.
When giving spinal injections, he was extremely quick and there was no pain. In the office setting, he's adaptable and considerate...he has an extremely direct, no nonsense approach that I like. He makes treatment options not only known but articulates a clear understanding of each and guides you through the process. If you have a complex case or are in a bad or low place with pain or spine issues, he's extremely well equipped to help you out, whether as a primary provider or as a second opinion.
When making surgical referrals outside the practice, he made all the options known and explain potential outcomes in detail. I felt educated and armed with confidence to meet with the surgeon he recommended without hesitation or anxiety.
Finally, he also has an excellent memory. Unlike with some doctors, you don't have to repeat yourself to Dr. Polsunas -- he remembers the history on the spot, which saves a LOT of time in getting the best possible treatment, treatment options, and outcomes. He always manages to remain polite, flexible, and goes out of his way to help patients.

Dr. Vadya is a very kind and caring Dr. (5+ Stars!) Usually Dr's are too busy to listen to a patient's issues, but Dr. V truly takes the time to listen. [In today's times, when Dr's are overworked and tired, it's nice to finally meet a Dr. willing to take the time to listen and try and reslove ones pain issues.] Also, Naz is so kind and responsive when I need help with scheduling or having to get forms filled out by Dr. V. I've been impressed with my care, and I don't feel like "just a number," like so many other Dr. facilities make you feel. I'd highly reccomend Dr. V and his staff. 🙂S. O.

Been a patient here for 9 years. Started w/Dr Petros. He is great. Saw Dr. Vaidya years ago. He is great as well. Seen Dr. Yu more recently, he's awesome as well. Saw PA Karan today, he was wonderful. Spent 20 minutes answering questions, explaining how different things impact the body. ALL doctors here are so knowledgeable. Everyone is very very friendly. My scheduled appointments are usually on time, give or take five minutes. You don’t have a long wait. The doctor that I am seeing, Dr. Keyme, Is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I should say kindest doctors I have ever met. He is very patient he listens and explains things extremely well.
